The City of North Las Vegas operates 34 parks, three recreation centers, four pools, and hosts events and programs for people of all ages. Visiting a park, pool or recreation center is a way to improve your health and well-being, while learning a new skill or making new connections. We encourage you to explore the many free or low-cost programs, and special events.

Scholarships

The City of North Las Vegas Parks & Recreation Scholarship Program offers support to North Las Vegas residents for parks and recreation programs and provides residents the opportunity to participate in more programs through a subsidy percentage. The Scholarship Program is only available to North Las Vegas residents for parks and recreation programs including:

• Aquatics Memberships 
• Classes 
• Fitness Memberships 
• Youth Sports Programs 

Individuals who wish to apply for a Parks and Recreation Program and Activities Scholarship must complete this application and return it to the City of North Las Vegas Parks and Recreation Department. Funding is first-come, first-serve, limited to available funds. Submitting this application does not guarantee a scholarship will be awarded to the participant.
