Ways to Celebrate Black History Month in North Las Vegas

The City of North Las Vegas is your destination for Black History Month. The City invites the community to honor the past, present and future during Black History Month with a variety of celebrations that recognize the contributions of Black Americans and offer educational opportunities for all ages.

Black History Month Community Celebration

Highlighting 50 small businesses, community resources, live entertainment, food trucks and more.

Event is free for the whole family and no registration required.

 Mayor's Black Hair Care Drive 

Mayor Pamela Goynes-Brown is hosting the 4th Annual Black Hair Care Drive to help school-aged kids build self-esteem and confidence by receiving proper hair care products.

Your donation goes to local North Las Vegas students in need.
