DHRC Back to School Community Event

Families can take advantage of free hygiene kits, required school vaccinations, raffle prizes and sports physicals to help students start the school year ready for success. Sports physicals require pre-registration. To register or learn more, call 702-699-3472.

Ride the Wave Back to School Pool Party

Join Mayor Pro Tem Scott Black and Clark County Commissioner Marilyn Kirkpatrick for a free pool day including music, games, a backpack giveaway, snacks and more.

Back to School Giveaway

The much anticipated, annual City of North Las Vegas Back to School Giveaway returns. Students can receive free school supplies and haircuts. Supplies are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Children must be present to receive school supplies.

Neighborhood Recreation Center: 1638 N. Bruce St. I Saturday, August 8 from 8-11 a.m.

Safekey Before and After-School Care

Safekey is a structured, affordable before and after school recreational enrichment program designed for K-5th grade children. Safekey is offered at Clark County School District school sites on days that CCSD is in session.

Safekey registration for the 2026-2027 school year begins July 20, 2026.
