The Utilities Department mission is to provide quality, cost-effective utility services to meet the needs of our community.

The department is organized into six divisions:

Administration: Provides administrative support to all divisions within the department

Business Services: Ensures that customers receive quality services and assistance 

Conservation: Committed to managing water resources efficiently and ensuring a reliable water supply for future generations. 

Finance: Manages customer billing, payment processing and the department’s budget

Operations: Provides safe, reliable water and sewer service to customers 

Water Reclamation Facility (WRF): Highly-trained personnel who operate and maintain a state-of-the-art facility using submerged membrane bioreactor technology to produce extremely clear reclaimable water
