24-week Training Academy plus 17-23 weeks of field training

• Swing shift: 4%

• Graveyard shift: 6%

• Associate Degree: $1,100/$375

• Bachelor’s Degree: $2,250/$750

• Master’s Degree: $3,000/$900

Bilingual pay-additional $1,200 annually for proficiency in Spanish
