Welcome to the Validation Office, under supervision of the Terminal Agency Coordinator.

Stolen property and missing persons are entered into a criminal database after a police incident report is made. A monthly validation list is generated from this database to verify the integrity of the files.  A Validation Letter is then sent to the victim, requesting the current status of the stolen property, as well as any additional information that was not given on the initial incident report.

If you received such a letter and wish to respond via this electronic form, please provide the information requested below and click submit.  You may also send the letter to us by U.S. mail, or fax it to (702) 649-1457.  All submissions are confidential.

PLEASE NOTE: This form is for use only if the incident occurred within the City of North Las Vegas and you have received a Validation Letter from the North Las Vegas Police Department T.A.C. Division.
