The Fire Training Division is responsible for ensuring that all department personnel are trained and prepared to respond to a wide range of emergencies, in alignment with our all-hazards approach. Training encompasses a variety of critical disciplines, including:

• Basic and advanced fireground operations

• Command and control (NIMS/ICS)

• Officer development

• Hazardous materials response

• Technical rescue operations

• Fire academies

• And more

In addition to operational readiness, the Training Division supports ongoing education, professional development, and leadership training to foster growth and excellence throughout the department.
