Crisis Response Team (CRT)
The Crisis Response Team is a specialized, grant-funded program within the North Las Vegas Fire Department designed to respond to behavioral health crises through 911 dispatch. The team’s mission is to reduce law enforcement involvement, incarceration, emergency department use, and hospitalization by providing immediate crisis intervention and stabilization in the least restrictive environment. The team also focuses on connecting individuals to appropriate behavioral health resources to support long-term recovery and resilience.
