The City of North Las Vegas is developing a new Master Plan. The plan will serve as the guiding framework for the desired future economic, social, cultural development, as well as the quality of life for the city.

The current master plan was adopted in 2006 and guided North Las Vegas through decades of growth. Much has changed since then in the city and Southern Nevada, making the update of this document very important. 

The 2055 Master Plan will serve as the City’s blueprint for future development and investment. Once completed, it will provide guidance on: 

• Housing and neighborhood design 

• Transportation and mobility 

• Jobs and economic growth 

• Parks, recreation and open spaces 

• Public services and community facilities 

• Sustainability and conservation 

• Community health, safety and quality of life 

Opportunities to Get Involved

Throughout master planning process, the City will host a variety of engagement opportunities designed to gather feedback from people of all ages, backgrounds and neighborhoods.
