The City of North Las Vegas Redevelopment Agency (RDA) has grants available for projects that stimulate economic growth, enhance neighborhoods and support environmental cleanup efforts within the North Las Vegas Redevelopment Area boundary. These programs offer financial support to commercial and residential property owners as well as developers looking to invest in North Las Vegas.
Some of the available incentives and programs have a designated use for only properties that are located in the Redevelopment Area. Please view the program guidelines to find out which incentive your property may be eligible for.
Is your property located in a Redevelopment Area? Follow these steps to find out:
- Have the property address handy.
- Visit the Clark County OpenWeb Map: Here you can search the address, and an informational breakdown on the property will be provided.
- Check to make sure the property's jurisdiction is listed as North Las Vegas and locate the Tax District, which can be found under the "Legal Description" tab.
- If searching on a mobile device, enter the address and click on the property. Click the top right of the popup box and select the Treasurers Information Link. Click submit and it will populate your Property Account Summary, showcasing the tax district at the top.
- If the property is located in Tax District 253, 255, or 256 it is in the Redevelopment Area.
