Comprehensive Master Plan 2006
The City of North Las Vegas Master Plan is a long-term policy document that guides the physical growth and development of the city. As required by Nevada law, the Master Plan identifies community needs and challenges, including land use, development, housing, transportation and conservation, among other things, and outlines actions to address those needs.
The city's current Master Plan was adopted in 2006 and has since guided North Las Vegas through decades of significant growth. As one of the fastest-growing cities in Nevada, the city is now undertaking a comprehensive update to the Master Plan to reflect the community's current needs and chart a course for the next 30 years.
