The City of North Las Vegas is seeking innovative ideas to help implement its proposed vision for Section 19 and the Tule Springs East Area Plan. This vision promotes more urban, mixed-use development that is walkable, well connected and provides access to an integrated variety of amenities, jobs and destinations.

Section 19

Section 19 is ± 155 acres of land generally located at the southwest corner of CC-215 and Lamb Boulevard immediately adjacent to the Veterans Administration Hospital.  This is planned for light industrial / employment uses and is zoned for Mixed-Use Employment.

Tule Springs East

The Tule Springs East Area represents complete community within the City.  It is located between Grand Teton Drive and Moccasin Road. To the east is land designated for the UNLV North Las Vegas Campus, while the Tule Springs Fossil Bed National Monument is located along the west.  This area contains the City’s Job Creation Zone and over 4100 acres of developable land for a mix of research, light manufacturing, commercial and residential development.  The goal is for the successful development of a complete community with a healthy mix of employment opportunities and a variety of housing options.
