City of North Las Vegas

The City of North Las Vegas is seeking innovative ideas to help implement its proposed vision for the Tule Springs East Area Plan. This vision promotes more urban, mixed-use development that is walkable, well connected and provides access to an integrated variety of amenities, jobs and destinations.

Uptown North Las Vegas

The Uptown North Las Vegas neighborhood is located between the Villages at Tule Springs and the future UNLV campus just north of CC-215.  This area represents over 500 acres of developable land for commercial and residential development.  The goal is for the successful development of a complete community with a healthy mix of employment opportunities and a variety of housing options.     

Industrial Northeast

837 acres of prime industrial land located northeast of the Las Vegas Speedway on both sides of Interstate 15 with direct access at Speedway Boulevard and Las Vegas Boulevard.
