HOUSING MARKET HIGHLIGHTS:

  • The City of North Las Vegas was ranked #1 in new home market sales with 27% market share in the Las Vegas Valley in 2020. 
  • Currently the City of North Las Vegas is home to 94,839 housing units.
  • Since 2021, the City of North Las Vegas has welcomed over 6,700 news single family homes.

 

MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITIES:

  • Valley Vista: 
    • Totaling 600 acres in size, Valley Vista welcomes 4,100 planned housing units.
    • Valley Vista was ranked #6 in the nation for new home sales in 2020.
  • The Villages at Tule Springs:
    • Totaling 2,018 acres in size, the Villages at Tule Springs welcomes 9,500 housing units.
    • The Villages at Tule Springs was ranked #5 in Southern Nevada sales in 2020.
  • Aliante
    • Totaling 1,905 acres in size, Aliante welcomes 6,355 planned housing units.
  • Eldorado
