Job seekers are invited to join the Dolores Huerta Resource Center for a free Workforce Readiness Event on Thursday, June 25. The event is designed to help individuals prepare for employment through no-cost training, professional haircuts, workforce supplies and career support resources in one location.

9 a.m. – Noon: Forklift Training & Certification

*Limited to the first 25 registered participants. Advance registration is required by calling 702-699-3472.

10 a.m. – 2 p.m.: Workforce Readiness Event

*Free haircuts begin at 10 a.m. and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

*Free hygiene supplies and clothing items are available while supplies last.
