The award-winning Craig Ranch Regional Park, widely regarded as the gem of North Las Vegas, will unveil its newly renovated amphitheater – The AMP – with an opening night performance of Totally 80s Symphonic! on Friday, April 10, at 7 p.m. The show is free and open to all ages.
The AMP is a stunning, seven-acre outdoor concert and entertainment venue capable of hosting up to 10,000 guests and is designed to bring world-class performances to the heart of North Las Vegas. The grand opening celebration will feature a high-energy multimedia production that combines the power of a rock band with the richness of a live orchestra.
Totally 80s Symphonic! is a vibrant, nostalgia-filled concert experience that celebrates the most iconic music of the 1980s. Led by Las Vegas performer and producer Brody Dolyniuk, the show features a full rock band performing along a 22-piece orchestra, delivering symphonic arrangements of classic hits from legendary artists including The Cure, Depeche Mode, INXS, Prince, Cyndi Lauper and more.
The renovated AMP now has a stage height of 40’, an increase from the old roof’s 29’ height. The new roof has a 170,000-pound load bearing, allowing it to host world-class concerts and shows and opening an exciting new chapter for live entertainment in North Las Vegas.
