"It's extremely important that we give back to our community for those kids who are less fortunate and may not have toys," said Mayor Pamela Goynes-Brown. "As a City, we want to make sure that everyone has a healthy and safe holiday season."

 

The annual giveaway started as a way to reduce some of the financial stresses of the holidays and has grown into an hours long community engagement event with music, food, activities and raffles.  Thank you to event sponsors, North Las Vegas Fire Department, North Las Vegas Police Department, Siegel Suites, Pinkbox Donuts, Nevada Health Link, Mikasa Helps, Viva Zapata, Alonso Medical Clinic, Inspiration Health, Amazon Loss Prevention, and Del Castro Verde Law, who provided toys, bicycles, gift cards, food and more to make the event a success.
