The City of North Las Vegas is warning residents and applicants about a scam email falsely claiming to be from the North Las Vegas Planning and Zoning Division or Planning Commission. The fraudulent emails request payments to settle a "permit fee invoice" via wire transfer.  

The City of North Las Vegas will never email residents or applicants and ask for money via wire transfer. If you receive this email:  

• Do not send money 

• Do not provide personal or business information 

• Report it to the Planning and Zoning Division
