North Las Vegas Mayor Pamela Goynes-Brown to Receive “Woman of Impact Icon Award” at She Speaks CEO Women of Impact Leadership Brunch in Las Vegas
Speaks CEO, a national women’s leadership organization headquartered in Las Vegas, is proud to announce that Mayor Pamela Goynes-Brown will be presented with the 2025 Woman of Impact Icon Award at its upcoming She Speaks CEO Women of Impact Brunch on Saturday, June 28th, 2025.
The event will take place at The Sparklings Las Vegas and is expected to host an influential room of women business leaders, founders, entrepreneurs, and community trailblazers from across Southern Nevada.
Mayor Goynes-Brown, who made history in 2022 as the first African-American mayor in the state of Nevada, is being honored for her exceptional leadership, decades-long service in education, and her commitment to community advancement in North Las Vegas and beyond. Her remarkable journey—from educator to councilwoman to mayor—has paved the way for the next generation of women in public leadership.
