City of North Las Vegas Unveiling New Multiuse Fields at Craig Ranch Regional Park with Las Vegas Lights FC
WHAT: The City of North Las Vegas is hosting a ribbon cutting and youth soccer clinic to open the new multiuse fields at Craig Ranch Regional Park. Las Vegas Lights FC is helping to unveil the fields by hosting a clinic for 50 young soccer players. The expansion will enhance recreational opportunities for residents while advancing the City’s environmental sustainability goals. Mayor Pamela Goynes-Brown and other elected officials will ceremoniously open the fields.
The $23 million project spans more than 1.86 million square feet with six fields - three with natural turf and three with artificial turf - which will accommodate various sports, including soccer, football and lacrosse. Equipped with full lighting and a secure perimeter fence, the fields will provide a safe environment for local sports leagues, tournaments and regional events. Additionally, 2,649 new parking spaces will ensure the park can comfortably host large-scale events, community gatherings and celebrations.
