City of North Las Vegas Unveils Strategic Plan for Innovation, Growth and Community Well-being

The City of North Las Vegas is thrilled to present its comprehensive Strategic Plan 2025-2030. This plan outlines the City’s forward-thinking vision to foster innovation, economic growth, and community well-being and reflects the City's commitment to creating a safe, vibrant and prosperous community where residents and businesses can thrive.

Building on the tremendous progress the City has made over the past decade, this Strategic Plan charts a course for the next five years, establishes priority goals for the City, identifies actions to effectively achieve those goals and defines a framework to share its progress along
the way.

"As we implement our Strategic Plan, we are creating a North Las Vegas where residents have access to meaningful opportunities that support their career aspirations," says City of North Las Vegas Mayor Pamela Goynes-Brown. “By investing in local businesses, enhancing our workforce development initiatives and fostering an environment of innovation, we are building pathways for our residents to thrive in their careers. This will also empower our residents to build fulfilling lives right here in North Las Vegas, contributing to a stronger, safer and more vibrant community and quality of life for all."

At the core of the strategic plan is the City’s mission: We create and maintain a safe and vibrant community with strong infrastructure, smart economic development, and meaningful connections with the community.
