The Plug – Tech Lab is a youth technology and workforce development program at the Dolores Huerta Resource Center serving ages 16–24. The program provides hands-on training in digital skills, career readiness, financial literacy, and leadership, while offering mentorship and esports-based learning opportunities. Designed to move beyond access to outcomes, the program supports participants in building real-world skills and making measurable progress toward education and employment.
