The City of North Las Vegas is pleased to offer several free pool parties. Grab your friends and family for a pool day at any of our outdoor or indoor pools.
Beat the Heat Bash with Councilwoman Garcia-Anderson
Hosted by Councilwoman Garcia-Anderson and Clark County Commissioner William McCurdy II, the Beat the Heat Bash is a free, family-friendly event taking place at Walker Pool on Saturday, June 6, from 1 - 4 p.m. Residents of all ages are invited to cool off and enjoy an afternoon filled with giveaways, snacks and live music. It’s the perfect way to kick off the summer season with neighbors and community.
Under the Sea Party with Councilman Cherchio
Escape the heat with the Under the Sea Pool Party at the SkView Multi-Generational Center indoor pool hosted by Councilman Cherchio. One June 13 from 1-4 p.m., guests can enjoy your favorite pool party activities including a live DJ, games, snacks and a raffle. Event is free and open to all ages.
Petitti Paradise Party with Councilman Barron
Join Councilman Barron for a free afternoon of summer fun at Petitti Pool. This family-friendly event runs from noon to 3 p.m. on June 20, and promises a great time for residents of all ages with giveaways, snacks and music.
Silver Mesa Back to School Pool Party with Mayor Pro Tem Black
Cap off the summer with Mayor Pro Tem Black at the Silver Mesa Back-to-School Pool Party on Saturday, Aug. 1 from noon to 3 p.m. at Silver Mesa Pool. This free, family-friendly event celebrates the close of summer and the start of a new school year with music, snacks and exciting giveaways for the entire family.

Safety First with Low-Cost and Free Swim Lessons
Swim lessons for kids ages 4 and up are available at the SkyView Multi-Generational Center. There are five, two-week sessions and registration is required. Register for swim lessons online.
Beat the Heat with our Summer Learning Challenge
The annual North Las Vegas Library District Summer Learning Challenge is back for a special City of North Las Vegas 80th Anniversary edition. Participants can collect Buddy Bookworm trading cards, attend special events, read stories and more to earn points for prizes.
