Pursuant to NRS 278.210 and Title 17 (the City of North Las Vegas Zoning Ordinance), you are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting concerning a proposal by the City of North Las Vegas to amend the Comprehensive Master Plan to add the Tule Springs East Area Plan as a specialized area plan for property generally bounded by the Moccasin Road alignment to the north; Rome Boulevard and the Clark County-215 Beltway to the south; Lamb Boulevard alignment to the east; and Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument boundary the west.

The purpose of the neighborhood meeting is to allow staff the opportunity to provide information to the public and to take comments regarding the proposed amendment.
