The City of North Las Vegas invites the public and media to attend its annual Juneteenth Flag Raising Ceremony, a celebration of freedom, reflection and community. This year’s program will include special remarks from Mayor Pamela Goynes-Brown and Congressman Steven Horsford, live performances, a proclamation presentation and the ceremonial raising of the Juneteenth flag to commemorate the end of slavery in the United States.

Event will take place at Liberty Park outside of City Hall.
