Need to conduct a business transaction in-person today at the City of North Las Vegas City Hall?
Save time by registering for today's customer service queue. We do not accept appointments, but if you are planning to visit City Hall TODAY (Available Monday - Thursday), you can secure your place in line and receive SMS text notifications to update you about your status in line for service.

Before you head to City Hall, click here to join today's in-person customer service queue.  You will be asked to select the type of service needed and to provide your cell phone number (to receive SMS text updates). You will receive notifications to advise you of the approximate time until it is your turn. (Standard SMS text rates may apply.)

This service is only available on Mondays through Thursdays from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
