Hensrud, M.D., M.P.H., Associate Professor of Nutrition and Preventive Medicine at Mayo Clinic and Director of the Mayo Clinic Healthy Living Program; and "Yoga for a Healthy Mind and Body" taught Dr. Heidi E. Sormaz who earned her M.S. and Ph.D. in Psychology from Yale University.
