The City of North Las Vegas City Hall customer service lobby is closed to the public until further notice.  The self-service payment kiosk located outside of City Hall remains available for customer use at any time. Residential Service

To start or transfer Utility services at your personal residence, click here. You may contact Customer Service at (702) 633-1484 or come into our office at 2250 Las Vegas Blvd N., North Las Vegas, NV 89030 during normal business hours Monday – Thursday 8 a.m.-5:45 p.m.

Business, Property Management or Irrigation Water Service

To start, stop, or transfer Utility services on commercial accounts, please fill out a Commercial Application. Applications are processed in the order received and may take 5-7 business days to process. To ensure your application is processed in a timely manner, please fill out all requested fields.

Deposits and Refunds

For residential service, a minimum $150 deposit is required. The deposit is due at the time service is requested. Deposits may be waived with an Active Military Deposit Waiver or a letter of credit from a Financial Institution.

For commercial service, the deposit is based on the rounded average of the last three bills at the service address. Commercial Deposits may be waived with a surety bond or a letter of credit from a Financial Institution.

Upon closing your account, the deposit will be automatically applied to the final bill. If the deposit is more than the final balance, a refund check for the difference will be processed and mailed within 7-10 business days.

E-Bill:

The City’s Utilities Department now provides customers the option of an easy, environmentally friendly and cost-effective electronic billing service. E-Bill is a free, paperless billing service for the City’s utility customers available by registering your account on our Online Portal.
