Business Services Manager:
The Business / Customer Service division ensures that the customer receives quality service while protecting and enhancing the revenues and assets of the City’s Utilities Department.
The Business / Customer Service division is comprised of three (3) sections.
Field Customer Service
The Field Customer Service section performances include meter reading, field customer service (including water service turn-ons and turn-offs) and conservation efforts. Employees also respond to waste water concerns.
Office Customer Service
The Office Customer Service section performs cashiering services, customer services, call center, billing, bill printing and bill payment proceedings.
The Project Service section handles technology interface, project planning and testing, and related support services
