The City of North Las Vegas offers convenience pay at more than sixty locations for utility customers. Customers can pay their water bill at any of the locations, giving them extended hours and more options for paying their utility bills.

Other options for paying water bills include phone payments by Visa/MasterCard, payments by mail, and payment drop boxes. Full services are available Monday through Thursday at both the the Utilities Building, 2829 Fort Sumter Drive and the City Hall, 2250 Las Vegas Boulevard North, and on Fridays at the Utilities Building, 2829 Fort Sumter Drive, where customers can pay in person.
