The Infrastructure Maintenance Division is responsible for the maintenance and preservation of all City-owned facilitates. This division is comprised of four work groups: Roadway Operations, Parks Maintenance, Building Maintenance, and Custodial Services.

Roadway Operations is responsible for maintaining all City rights-of-way and Regional Flood Control facilities, which includes: street sweeping; trash and debris removal; vegetation abatement; pothole patching; pavement, sidewalk, curb and gutter maintenance and repair; unpaved shoulder maintenance; drainage system maintenance and repair; erosion repair; and 24/7 emergency response for roadway hazards.

Parks Maintenance manages and maintains over 375 acres of developed parkland, special use recreation facilities, open space, trails, public grounds, 35 parks and 5.37 miles of regional trails.
Supervisor: Ed Pinkerton
Building Maintenance is responsible for coordinating and providing the maintenance and repair of all City facilities. Staff is available 24/7 for response to emergency repairs throughout the facilities. Employees in this work group exhibit technical expertise in electrical, electronics, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, general maintenance tasks, contract administration, project management, and plan review of future City buildings and projects.

Custodial Services is responsible for the day-to-day care and cleaning of all areas maintained by the Building Maintenance Division.
