Social Sourcing

This is embedded into our company’s Website and on our Intranet. With our multiple positions, there are more opportunities to share these great opportunities with your friends. Our Career Portal makes it easier for applicants and employees to share open positions through the portal. The process takes only a few minutes once you click the link and follow the prompts. When you’ve received confirmation that you’ve successfully completed the process, your candidate will automatically receive a link to complete an employment application.

Social Media

Many people look to their social networks to find career advancement opportunities. Taleo’s ATS software integrates social media features into job postings, which allows our jobs to be shared through networks such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more.

Insightful Analytic Tools

Taleo’s Recruiting software features powerful metrics reports that automatically calculate applicant data for similarities and trends in sources and demographics, and also monitors compliance with a variety of EEO/OFCCP tools.

 

Current City Employees – Internal Opportunities

CNLV is committed to supporting our Employees’ career advancement within Taleo. Our Career Portal also provides employees the opportunity to view open positions, along with job descriptions and requirements.

When applying for a position, be sure to use your CNLV issued email address so the career site will recognize you as an existing employee. If you do not have a CNLV issued email address, please use your personal email address you used upon hire with CNLV.

Internal postings are posted each Thursday by noon and will remain internal for two (2) weeks.
