This division acquires various goods, services, equipment, and supplies for all City departments at the lowest possible cost without sacrificing quality while maintaining ethics and integrity in the purchasing process. It also investigates and resolves claims made against the City and manages insurance policies for the City covering excess liability claims and property damage to buildings and equipment.
