Nicholas_500Nicholas & Company - built their state-of-the-art distribution center located at 5670 Linn Lane. Phase I construction of this 28.3 acre site included the construction of a 180,000 square foot office/warehouse building, representing an overall capital investment of $35.9 million (Building: $22.4 million, Land: $3.2 million, Equipment: $10.3 million).

Nicholas & Company plans to employ no less than 40 persons during their first year of operations with plans for approximately 125 employees in five years as they expand with Phase II construction plans.

Chelten House Products, Inc. – Chelten House Products, a privately held manufacturer of dressings and sauces has built and opened a new 86,000 square foot production facility in North Las Vegas. Initial hiring is expected to be 40 or more people with an investment in excess of $15 million dollars. When fully built out, employment should exceed 100 new jobs for North Las Vegas.

Shetakis – Shetakis is over 164,000 sq ft and has 70 employees at this facility. Shetakis is the largest independently owned and operated food service distributor in Southern Nevada. Shetakis stocks a wide range of   products, with over 4,000 products from every major manufacturer in the food service industry. They are the valley's largest dry food supplier, serving every major resort and restaurant in town. A wholesaler who sells food and non-food items to hotels, restaurants and other businesses involved in food preparation.

Jamay, Mexico. North Las Vegas Bottling is the first licensed bottling company in the Las Vegas Valley. This company produces more than 228 million liters of tequila per year. The company bottles spirits and other beverages, including those served as the house brands in several of Nevada’s largest casinos.

SasapopsSasaSweets/ Sasapops - This company owned by a brother and sister team makes SasaPops, all-natural     frozen treats. Sasapops brand frozen pops by SasaSweets are the result of years of tinkering with fruits, freezers, candies and desserts. What started out as an all natural treat inspired by their mom’s “ice candy,” Sasapops has become a signature line of desserts and fruit bars proudly handcrafted in small batches. Sasapops are sold at Whole Foods Market and at two kiosks at the Las Vegas Premium outlet mall. The company also participates in four farmers markets throughout the valley. The products have won two national food awards for their pops.
