How can I obtain a library card?
If you are over 18, please bring a picture ID and a proof of a local address to the library at 2300 Civic Center Drive during library hours. The first card is free. Payment for lost cards is $1.00. The library card obtained at this library is valid for all other libraries in the State of Nevada. If you are under 18, please bring your parent and his/her picture ID and proof of local address with you. You must be able to sign your name. When you first obtain your card, you will be able to check out two items. When you return those two items you may check out up to 20 items. Except for the first time a card is used, each family is allowed to check out three videos at a time. Our videos check out for three days. Books and other items check out for three weeks. Fines are charged for all late items. Your library card is necessary to use our Internet computers and our computer lab.
