Utility Bill Payment Options

**Payments on accounts where service has either been interrupted or where an arrangement is currently due or past due can only be made by speaking with a Customer Service Specialist over the phone (702-633-1484) or in person (City Hall, 2250 Las Vegas Blvd, N., North Las Vegas, NV 89030).**

A deposit is required for homeowners and renters if services are disconnected for non-payment and a deposit was not previously collected. To restore service the total amount due, the deposit and a connection fee of $25 (or $60 after 3 p.m.) is required and cannot be waived. Deposits for such accounts may be paid in full, may be split (by paying ½ now & billed for the other half) or may be billed.

Effective 01/21/2013, any payment arrangements made will be due on the date agreed to. Payments not made on the arrangement due date will be considered to be in default of the payment arrangement and will disqualify the account
holder(s) from being eligible for another payment arrangement for a period of 6 months.

                                    Online Payment on City website:

The City now offers electronic Utility bill payment on the City's website. To make online payments, a valid Visa or Mastercard is required.

Online Payment by Bank:
Many banks and bill processing companies are on the Internet and allow for bill payment to the City. In particular, many banks offer online bill payment services free of charge to account holders. Check with your bank to determine which options are available.

The City’s Utilities Department now provides customers the option of an easy, environmentally friendly and cost-effective electronic billing service.  The new feature known as “E-Bill” is a free, paperless billing service for the City’s utility customers.

City utility bills may be automatically debited from your bank account monthly through Direct Debit. Funds are withdrawn from checking or savings accounts within fourteen days of billing. Signing up for Direct Debit may be done in person at the Utilities Department with a blank, voided check or online. For more information, please contact customer service at (702) 633-1484.

Convenience Pay:
The City has teamed up with Western Union to make paying your utility bill more convenient for our customers. Customers can pay their utility bills at any Western Union Payments Service locations, providing extended hours and more options for immediate bill payment. By Mail:
Your monthly utility bill includes a payment envelope and remittance slip. Simply follow the instructions on the utility bill and mail your payment in the payment envelope with the payment remit slip. Please do not staple or fold the remit slip.   Mail payments to:

Customers can pay their utility bill by contacting Customer Service at (702) 633-1484 via phone. Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express accepted. 

Drop Box:
Utility customers can quickly drop off utility bill payments in a convenient drop box located in the customer parking lot at City Hall, 2250 Las Vegas Blvd. N.

Kiosks Location:
User-friendly payment kiosks are available in the lobby of City Hall,
2250 Las Vegas Blvd. N., 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday - Thursday.
