Utilities Business Services
The Utilities Business Services Division has two locations:
City Hall at
2200 Civic Center Drive
North Las Vegas, NV 89030
The Business Services Division establishes accounts for new customers,
maintains cash collections for all City departments, makes deposits to
the bank, and resolves customer inquiries and complaints regarding services
provided.
Both locations are open Monday through Thursday (from
8:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.) to accept payment for water, sewer, and garbage
service for the City of North Las Vegas. On Fridays, payments can
be made and customer service is available (from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
at the Utilities Building at 2829 Fort Sumter Drive. Payments may be made
through the mail, in person, by credit card, online
via our website, or by automatic checking account withdrawal.
Payment drop boxes are located on the North side of the
City Hall building and on the North side of the Utilities Building.
Payments received in the drop boxes prior to 7:00 a.m. will be posted
the same business day. Payment may also be made with a credit card
by calling 633-1484 or online
via our website.
In addition, customers can pay their water bills at any
of the more than sixty additional convenience
pay locations located throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Renters establishing new service must have a lease agreement
with a required deposit of $150.
Home owners establishing new service must provide a copy
of the final escrow instructions including the escrow number.
Commercial business establishing new service must pay a
deposit equal to three times the estimated average monthly water bill.
