Business Services Manager: Romina Chapman-Wilson

The Business Services division ensures that the customer receives quality service while protecting and enhancing the revenues and assets of the City’s Utilities Department. 

The Business Services division is comprised of three (3) sections. 

Field Customer Service
The Field Customer Service section performances include meter reading, field customer service (including water service turn-ons and turn-offs) and conservation efforts.  Employees also respond to waste water concerns.

Customer Service
The Customer Service section performs cashiering services, customer services, call center, billing, bill printing and bill payment proceedings. 

Project Service
The Project Service section handles technology interface, project planning and testing, and related support services.  The Automated Meter Reading Project is the highest priority for this section.
