TOPIC: WASTEWATER SURVEY
Wastewater Surveys are required of non-residential sewer users in North
Las Vegas to determine what type of impact the user’s facility will have
on the City’s wastewater collection system. Inspectors may determine that
a Wastewater Survey is necessary due to Business License applications,
Building Permit applications, or random site visits.
Those applying for Building Permits for shell buildings should note that
all tenants of the facility shall be required to complete Wastewater Surveys
prior to approval of any tenant improvement plans, and/or approval of
a Business License by the Resources and Environmental Division. Additional
improvements may be required by the Resources and Environmental Division
at the time of tenant improvement and/or at the time of the Business License
inspection.
