Overview and Instructions:
This form allows North Las Vegas businesses to request geographic data from the City of North Las Vegas Utilities Department.

To use this form select at least one Request Type, fill out the Business Information form fields, and click the Submit button.

Description: Map of area showing existing water and sewer mains, with main sizes, street names and parcels. Preferred method of delivery is an e-mail containing PDF file(s).
