Lorena Candelario
Manager, Real Property Services
City of North Las Vegas 2266 Civic Center Drive Lorena Candelario, SR/WA, is Manager of the Real Property Services Division and has worked for the City of North Las Vegas since December 1997. She holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and has also earned certification as a Senior Right-of-Way Agent from the International Right-of-Way Association (IRWA). Lorena’s entire working career with the City of North Las Vegas has been with the Real Property Services Division. Her working knowledge and experience includes handling various aspects of right-of-way management, eminent domain, acquisition, relocation, sale and disposal of property, property asset management, cell tower and billboard leases, annexations, land development, special improvement districts, mapping, addressing, and negotiating with various private and public sector representatives. Lorena also has the responsibility of overseeing the department's Geographic Information System (G.I.S.). |
