This division provides off-site and on-site inspection services to the private development community through individual inspector support of wet/dry utilities, concrete placements, asphalt placements, geotechnical inspections and traffic related inspections. It supports the in-house Capital Improvement Program with individual inspector field project management services and general inspection services. Further, it provides a full service materials testing laboratory for verification and design of construction materials. Quality Control staff reviews all off-site improvement plans and provides comments prior to permit issuance. The division is also responsible for project close-out activities which includes tracking, monitoring and bond release of commercial projects and residential/multi-family subdivisions.
