This division is responsible for the acquisition of rights of way, relocation of displaced persons, and the management and disposal of City property. The division also processes, reviews and records all subdivision, parcel, reversionary, and boundary line adjustment maps. Address maps and address assignment are provided for emergency response and uniform development. Special Improvement Districts (S.I.D.) and annexations of real property are handled by this division.

This division also provides for the centralization, updating and maintenance of the City’s geographic information system (G.I.S).
