PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DIVISION
DEDICATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC USE
Dedication of rights of way shown on the City of North Las Vegas Master
Plan of Streets and Highways is required as a condition of development
or subdivision of the property. A legal description is prepared by a surveyor,
attached to a Deed of Dedication form, then signed by the owner of record.
The document is then forwarded to the City along with the following items:
Executed original* Deed of Dedication
Legal description
Copy of current recorded deed
Documentation supporting the authority of the person who executed the
legal document on behalf of the owner, corporation, limited liability
company, etc.
*Faxed signed copies will not be accepted.
