Jennifer has a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Bradley University, and a Master's certificate in Public Administration from UNLV. She is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Nevada and a Certified Floodplain Manager. Jennifer started her engineering career in 1996 with the Illinois Department of Natural Resources where she worked in the Division of Water Resources, planning and designing flood control facilities for communities throughout the State of Illinois. Upon moving to the Las Vegas Valley, she worked in the private sector for three years completing drainage designs for both public and private sector projects. She is happy to have found a home in the Public Works department and enjoys helping to make the City of North Las Vegas “Your Community of Choice.”
