The Financial Services Section is responsible for providing assistance
to the other Engineering Sections, as well as to other Divisions within
the Public Works Department. This Section assists outside project proponents
to seek and acquire funding for all Capital Improvement Projects. Services
also include tracking reimbursements from outside agencies, developing
and monitoring the Division Budget, processing invoices, maintaining cash
flow projections, coordinating with the Finance Department, and project
cost accounting.
