Dale Daffern
Manager, Construction Services
City of North Las Vegas 50 E. Brooks Dale Daffern, P.E., is Manager of the Construction Services Division. Dale’s responsibilities include oversight of all private development off-site construction inspection activities, quality control testing and sampling of all material used in off-site construction, and construction project surety bonds. Dale is also the City’s Geotechnical Engineer and serves as the City’s representative on various Building Code and Off-site standards committees. Dale has over 20 years of engineering experience, a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Wyoming and is a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer in Nevada. |
