Welcome to the City of North Las Vegas Building Safety Division. This Division performs plan review, issues permits, and performs inspections for conformity to the City of North Las Vegas Municipal Codes and current adopted construction codes.

The Building Safety Division strives to provide the highest customer service by creating innovative processes to accommodate the services needed during our hours of operation, and by providing the appropriate contact numbers to assist in those services.
