CUSTOMER SERVICE / CODE COMPLIANCE
The Customer Service Inspectors perform: Business License inspections;
code compliance inspections; abatement of vacant structures; and investigate
complaints relating to code violations, including construction without
permits, substandard/ hazardous housing conditions, altered site drainage,
electrical and other life-safety conditions for conformance to minimum
standards per currently adopted codes and ordinances.
Customer Service Inspectors can be reached Monday thru Thursday 7-5:00
p.m. at 633-1581. Complaints can be taken Monday thru Thursday 8-5:45
p.m. at 633-1922.
Complaints concerning substandard/ hazardous housing conditions for rental
properties should be first addressed to the landlord pursuant to Nevada
Revised Statutes 118A.
