Project Scope:

A roof and building assessment was performed on the "F" Dorm and was completed April 2008. The report addressed the immediate renovation needs to extend the useful life of the facility 10 years. This project will address the roof and HVAC systems.

Project Status, as of Decembe 31, 2009: (updated on a quarterly basis)

City Council accepted the HVAC replacement portion of this project and authorized the filing of the Notice of Completion on December 2, 2009. The roof portion of this project is complete and is expected to be presented to City Council for acceptance in January 2010.
