Project Scope:

This project consists of removing existing concrete curbs, gutter, spandrels and sidewalks, and replacing these areas with ADA accessible concrete ramps, curbs, gutters, spandrels and sidewalks, including tactile warning panels, relocating street lights, fire hydrants, roadway signs, and any minor related street improvements. The work shall also include construction of ADA accessible sidewalks and ramps where none exist, as well as removing and replacing damaged sections of existing sidewalks, curbs and gutters to eliminate displacement hazards, and all other appurtenances.

The project is complete. City Council accepted the project and authorized the filing of the Notice of Completion on December 2, 2009.
