Project Scope:

This project will provide a new 31,000 square foot Police Area Command Facility in the downtown area which will incorporate 10,000 sf of training facilities. It is planned to be designed and constructed concurrently with the New City Hall Project.

Project Status, as of December 31, 2009: (updated on a quarterly basis)

The 90% plans were submitted on September 9, 20009. Comments were returned to the consultant in November 2009. Pre-final plans are anticipated for receipt by January 14, 2010.
